We have officially been notified that we have lost our court case against the state of Wyoming regarding the new law put into place last July. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Federal Judge Rankin's decision.
Thank you for all of your support during this time, we appreciate it as always, and we hate to be the bearer of bad news.

As of now, our select products we have on the shelf are legally compliant. We will continue to reach out to law enforcement so they understand that these products will be floating around the community. There are certain products we have sold prior to July 1st that are considered schedule 1 substances. For more questions on possession of certain hemp cannabinoids give us a call!
