We were informed that our motion for a Temporary Restraining Order has been denied. The restraining order would have given us the opportunity to return ALL of our products back to the shelf.
We were given clarification on the products we are able to sell at this time. We have expanded our inventory to include: mushroom goodies, HHC disposables, delta-9 edibles, CBD, blue lotus products, nicotine, and kratom!

Our in person oral argument is scheduled for May 14th in Denver, CO with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. After the argument, the outcome will be decided by a panel of five judges. We are hoping to have an answer regarding our case by the third week of May.

As of now, our select products we have on the shelf are legally compliant. We will continue to reach out to law enforcement so they understand that these products will be floating around the community. There are certain products we have sold prior to July 1st that are considered schedule 1 substances. For more questions on possession of certain hemp cannabinoids give us a call!
